Enjoy an adventure through an area of extreme contrasts, bird life, flora, geothermal activity, geology and saga. The Lake Mývatn area is no less than “unearthly” and by many considered the most beautiful but at the same time the most catastrophic place in Iceland. This is where the Eurasian and the North American tectonic plates move apart, where mother nature is still sculpting our planet, making it very apparent in this majestic area.
You will also go Ice Caving in a unique lava tube cave in the Mývatn Outback, witness Europe’s most powerful waterfall, Dettifoss and enjoy a full Diamond Circle day tour on this complete Iceland Adventure.
