Enjoy the highlights of North Iceland on a Lake Mývatn, Goðafoss and Nature Baths tour. We come to all the major Game of Thrones local shooting sights and experience why Icelandic nature has been the inspiration to so many fantasizes. We begin our day by stopping at Goðafoss waterfall on our way to Lake Mývatn. Goðafoss plays an important role in the Icelandic history, particularly in connection with the introduction of Christianity. We keep on going to the mystic Dimmuborgir (Dark Cities) full of lava-pillars and formations that are rich of mystic sagas and tails. We come to the warm underground river in Grjótagjá rift and head to the geothermal area of Hverir with boiling mud pools, steaming fumaroles and sulphur pits. For our last stop we visit Mývatn Nature Baths and enjoy relaxing and completely natural pool of geothermal water based in the middle of lava fields and with great view over Lake Mývatn.
