The town is centrally located in North Iceland and therefore perfect for all day trips, especially if you want a part of your experience to be a search for the Northern Lights. It is situated in the driest area of Iceland and therefore has the least cloud coverage. We make sure that each day is an adventure that you will be able to share with friends for the rest of your life.

- Direct transfer from Akureyri Airport to your Accommodation is included in all our Short Breaks. Upon arrival you meet our guide at the airport that takes you to your hotel.
- An Evening Forest Lagoon & Northern Lights Photography tour is included in your Short Break. This is the perfect combination of relaxing and experiencing one of the most amazing phenomenon nature can create. Our experienced local guides will take you out in the dark Arctic night and find the best conditions to capture the northern lights. We recommend scheduling the Northern Lights Tour for your first evening in town, we will keep an eye on the forecast and take you out on the night where we have the best chances of seeing them.
- A day tour to Lake Mývatn, one of the most stunning areas of the North. You will see amazing landscapes formed by volcanos and the lake.
- A day tour along the Arctic Coastline to Siglufjörður, the northern most town of Iceland. The Arctic Coastline & Siglufjörður gives you an opportunity to experience the coastal life in Eyjafjörður Fjord. The picturesque coastline route, with the mountains hovering above, is a road less traveled and offers the tranquility of rural Iceland.
- Direct transfer from your Accommodation to the Airport in time for your flight back home
